# Troubleshooting Duplicate analysis folders created for runs with successful LRM analyses on MiniSeq

When using MiniSeq Control Software v2.0, users may see duplicate analysis folders for runs with successful Local Run Manager (LRM) Analyses.

This issue has been addressed in subsequent versions of the MiniSeq Control Software; Illumina recommends upgrading the Control Software to the newest version.

If users wish to remain in Control Software v2.0, users must be aware that this may occur and monitor disk drive space to ensure duplicate data does not create disk space errors. Users may delete duplicate files without issue.
