Run time includes Automated Cluster Generation, Sequencing, Automated Post-Run Wash, and Base-Calling.

**IMPORTANT NOTE**: The times listed in Table 4 are for single or dual Flow Cell runs using the same type of flow cell. Mixing flow cell types will result in longer run times for the smaller flow cell type. For example, running a 10B Flow Cell paired with a 25B flow cell will result in a 10B run time of around 38 hours. See Table 5 for additional estimated times for mixed flow cell types.
