Can Local Run Manager be used to plan iSeq 100 runs with custom sequencing primers?
No, these runs must be set up in Manual mode within the iSeq 100 Control Software. Additionally, custom sequencing primers must be enabled within the control software by navigating to the control software menu and selecting System Settings > Customization > Enable Custom Primers.
