# Consumable part numbers for the NextSeq 1000/2000

The NextSeq 1000/2000 sequencing kit includes three purchasable consumables for sequencing; a reagent cartridge, a flow cell, and Resuspension Buffer (RSB) with Tween 20. These components are purchased together in a single kit, and are not available for individual sale. The catalog numbers for ordering are listed on the [NextSeq 1000/2000 Reagents page](https://www.illumina.com/products/by-type/sequencing-kits/cluster-gen-sequencing-reagents/nextseq-1000-2000-reagents.html).

The following table gives the part numbers for the individual consumables, for reference.

All Kits include: NextSeq 1000/2000 Resuspension Buffer (RSB) + Tween 20

**Note:** NextSeq 1000/2000 Reagent cartridges and flow cells are **not** interchangeable between P1/P2/P3 reagent cartridge kit versions (eg, a P3 flow cell must be used with a P3 reagent cartridge).
