# How to access custom array product files (manifest and product definition files) in MyIllumina

1. Log in to MyIllumina from the [illumina.com](https://www.illumina.com/index-d.html) home page (or use this MyIllumina [Log in link](https://login.illumina.com/platform-services-manager/?rURL=https://my.illumina.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/etpRedirectView\&clientId=myillumina#/)). To register for a Myillumina account, select **Donâ€™t have an account**? on the login page.

2. Select **Settings**under the avatar tab, then select **Order Management** from the drop down menu as seen in Figure 2.

3. On the top of the page, under **Tools** **>** select **Custom Products** as seen in Figure 3. **Figure 3.**\

4. If the custom products were ordered under this MyIllumina account, the product files are displayed and are available for download on this page.
5. If using a different MyIllumina account than the account used for ordering, scroll down to the section **Download Design Product Files,** then **Search product files (.txt, .opa, .bpm)** and input the following before selecting **Search.**
6. Sales or purchase order (PO) number.
7. Part number or the barcode, found on the BeadChip foil package (eg, 15017482 or 205012345678, respectively).

**Note**: The Sales number and PO number is located on the packing slip as seen in Figure 5.

Part number (Ref) and barcode (SN) are found on the label of foil package as seen in Figure 6.

6. In the search results page, select the desired file(s), then select the arrow in the **Download** column as seen in Figure 7.
