# What is the difference between RSB with Tween 20, part number 20047304 and 20050639?

Illumina has validated improved shipping and storage conditions for the NextSeq 1000/2000 Resuspension Buffer. The shipping and storage conditions will be updated as below.

Beginning in August 2021, shipments of reagent kits with resuspension buffer either include the original or new storage condition, as Illumina transitions to the new resuspension buffer. There are no formulation changes to the resuspension buffer and the sequencing workflow is not affected by this update. The subcomponent part number for the resuspension buffer has changed, but the kit level catalog number is unchanged. The same kit level catalog number is used for placing orders.
