How to Start a Run on the MiSeq Video
This video demonstrates the steps to setup a run on the Illumina MiSeq system upgraded to Microsoft Windows 10 and the MiSeq Control Software V4. Run setup is done using Local Run manager (LRM) V3 and the FASTQ generation module.
