Illumina Connected Analytics (ICA) kernel cannot connect in a Bench Workspaces
Customers may need to connect to a kernel in ICA Bench Workspace in order to perform tasks such as launch jupyter notebooks. If customer is running on Windows and the kernel is not progressing past "Connecting", one possible setting to investigate are the proxy settings, as they may need to be disabled. To check this, navigate as shown below:
Windows > Change Proxy Settings > Automatically Detect Settings > Turn-Off
