Troubleshoot issues connecting to a kernel in Illumina BioInsight Platform Core Bench Workspace

Connecting to a kernel in an Illumina BioInsight Platform Core (Platform Core, formerly, Illumina Connected Analytics (ICA)) Bench Workspace may be needed in order to perform tasks such as launching jupyter notebooks. If running on Windows and the kernel is not progressing past "Connecting", one possible setting to investigate is the proxy settings, as they may need to be disabled. To do this, navigate as shown below.

Windows > Settings > Network & Internet > Proxy > Automatically Detect Settings > Turn-Off
