The NextSeq 1000/2000 control software provides a warning when expired reagents are detected. This warning can be acknowledged to continue with the run setup.
Illumina cannot guarantee reagent performance will meet NextSeq 1000 & NextSeq 2000 Specificationsarrow-up-right when using expired consumables.
