# Does Illumina offer Preventative Maintenance (PM) for iSeq 100 system?

No, Illumina does not provide a Preventative Maintenance (PM) service for the iSeq 100, as there are very few parts to be serviced on this system. The air filter and drip tray pad are the only serviceable parts.
