# Consumable part numbers for the NextSeq 500/550

The NextSeq 500/550 sequencing kit includes three purchasable consumables for sequencing; a reagent cartridge, a flow cell, and a buffer cartridge. These components are purchased together in a single kit, and are not available for individual sale.
