The AmpliSeq for Illumina Comprehensive Panel v3 creates libraries from DNA and RNA. Refer to the table below for instrument specific pooling recommendations.

Note: the table above is not exhaustive; AmpliSeq for Illumina Comprehensive Panel v3 can be sequenced on other instruments as well. The sequencers listed are selected based on data output per run.
Note: The number of samples pooled per run can be increased or decreased to target lower or higher coverage per sample, respectively.
