Can a lab network be upgraded to support faster file transfer on the NovaSeq 6000?
The NovSeq 6000 Sequencing System Site Prep Guide requires a 1-gigabit network connection, and the single-board computer (SBC) supports a 1 Gb data transfer speed. Upgrading the network beyond this does not improve data transfer speeds.
