Can a lab network be upgraded to support faster file transfer on the NovaSeq 6000?
The NovSeq 6000 Sequencing System Site Prep Guide requires 1 gigabit network connection and the single board computer (SBC) supports 1 Gb data transfer speed. Upgrading the network beyond this will not improve data transfer speeds.
