The MiSeq i100 Series instruments include an attached touch screen monitor that can be used to navigate the instrument without keyboard and mouse peripherals. If the touch screen monitor does not respond to input or the response to input is delayed, see the following Troubleshooting Actions.
Troubleshooting Actions
If a sequencing run is in progress, allow the sequencing run and all subsequent DRAGEN analysis and data copy to complete.
While instrument is idle, power cycle instrument according to Illumina guidance.
See Knowledge Article How to Power Cycle the MiSeq i100 Series for details if required.
On instrument boot and initialization, confirm that instrument touch screen is responding as expected.
If issues with the touch screen persist after power cycling instrument, contact Illumina Tech Support for further guidance.
