# How to Denature and Dilute Libraries and Spike in PhiX on the MiSeq Video

This video demonstrates the steps to denture and dilute prepared libraries for sequencing on the Illumina MiSeq system. The video will also show how to prepare and add a PhiX library for use as a sequencing control. During this video a MiSeq v3 cartridge is used following the [MiSeq Denature and Dilute Guide](https://support.illumina.com/downloads/prepare_libraries_for_sequencing_miseq_15039740.html), Protocol A.
