# PhiX Control v3文库是什么，它在Illumina下一代测序中起到什么作用？

PhiX Control v3文库（通常指PhiX，货号是[FC-110-3001](http://www.illumina.com/products/phix_control_v3.html))  来源于小型，特征明确的噬菌体PhiX基因组。它是一个平均片段长度为500bp并且由平衡碱基组成（GC碱基占比约45% ，AT碱基占比约55%）的浓缩型Illumina文库 （体积10µl，浓度10nM）。\
