DRAGEN TSO500 ctDNA v2.1.1 install fails or breaks existing DRAGEN TSO500 installation

Installation of DRAGEN TruSight Oncology 500 (TSO500) ctDNA 2.1.1 can result in a Docker error.

If the following error presents during installation, follow the instruction below to fix the issue.

Error downloading packages:

docker-ce-rootless-extras-20.10.22-3.el7.x86_64: [Errno 256] No more mirrors to try.

containerd.io-1.6.15-3.1.el7.x86_64: [Errno 256] No more mirrors to try.

To fix this, run the following command.

yum remove -y docker-ce docker-ce-cli containerd.io docker-buildx-plugin docker-compose-plugin && yum clean all

Then run the ctdna installer.

TMPDIR=/staging /staging/install_DRAGEN_TruSight_Oncology_500_ctDNA-2.1.1.run

Optionally, check the installation using the self-test script (/usr/local/bin/test_DRAGEN_TruSight_Oncology_500_ctDNA-2.1.1.sh) included with the product.
