Automatic reagent purging refers to the process where, after a run completes, the remaining reagent volume in the reagent cartridge is moved to the waste container. This is optional.
To enable automatic purging of reagents in the MiniSeq Control Software, navigate to Manage Instrument > System Customization > Select "Purge Consumables at End of Run."* Purging leftover reagents after a 300 cycle run takes approximately 50 minutes.
Purging all reagents from the 300 cycle kit takes approximately 4.5 hours.
