# How to set up a NextSeq 500/550 to upload to a BaseSpace Enterprise account using NCS v.4.0.1

NextSeq Control Software (NCS) v.4.0.1 allows for changing the Hosting Location for BaseSpace and to set a Private Domain for uploading run data using the following steps.

1. From the NCS home page, navigate to Manage Instrument.

2. Select System Configuration.

3. Then, select BaseSpace Sequence Hub Configuration.

4. Change the Hosting Location to the appropriate region and check the box for Private Domain. Enter the {Domain Name}. in the text box to designate the Enterprise Account Domain. Once done, select Save.
