# Pooling recommendations for the AmpliSeq for Illumina Focus Panel

The AmpliSeq for Illumina Focus Panel creates libraries from DNA and RNA. Refer to the table below for instrument specific pooling recommendations.

| Instrument | Max DNA only | Max RNA only | Max DNA/RNA\* | Pooling volume ratio |
| ---------- | ------------ | ------------ | --------------- | -------------------- |
| MiniSeq MO | 24 | 48 | 16 DNA + 16 RNA | 7 DNA : 3 RNA |
| MiniSeq HO | 72 | | 48 DNA + 48 RNA | |
| MiSeq v2 | 40 | 96 | 30 DNA+ 30 RNA | |
| MiSeq v3 | 72 | | 48 DNA + 48 RNA | |
