# Troubleshooting Slow or Unresponsive User Interface on the MiSeq i100 Series

**Background**

The MiSeq i100 Series instrument occasionally presents with a slow or unresponsive user interface (UI) immediately upon instrument initialization due to a issue with a third-party graphics driver.

**Troubleshooting Actions**

This is typically due to graphics drivers not loading in the appropriate order during instrument initialization. If this is observed, power cycle the instrument to re-initialize the instrument and allow the drivers to load in the correct order.

See the Knowledge Article [How to Power Cycle the MiSeq i100 Series](/instrumentation/miseq-i100-series/instrumentation-miseq-i100-series-reference_material-list/000009277.md) for additional details if needed.

If the slow or unresponsive UI issue persists, contact [Illumina Technical Support](https://www.illumina.com/company/contact-us.html).
