Yes, Sequencing Analysis Viewer (SAV) software can be installed on a MiSeq system or a Windows computer to view primary analysis results.

• The following run files are required to view the run using SAV.

  • InterOp folder

  • RunInfo.xml

  • RunParameters.xml
