# Using Illumina Experiment Manager (IEM) to Create a Sample Sheet for Illumina Libraries Video

In this video, we demonstrate how to rapidly create a MiSeq sample sheet for Nextera DNA Flex libraries, newly renamed Illumina DNA Prep, (M) Tagmentation using Illumina Experiment Manager (IEM) version 1.18. These principles can be applied to creating sample sheets for different instruments and different Illumina library types.\
To download the latest version of IEM, visit [here](https://support.illumina.com/sequencing/sequencing_software/experiment_manager/downloads.html).

Note: The methods and tools depicted in this video are for research use only and not for use in diagnostic procedures.
