Supported pooling plexities for TruSight Oncology 500 High Throughput (TSO500HT) libraries

The following are the maximum numbers of TruSight Oncology 500 High-Throughput (TSO500HT) samples that can be multiplexed for sequencing on supported sequencing systems.

NovaSeq 6000

NextSeq 500/550

NovaSeq X Series

The same plexities are recommended for DNA-only sequencing as well; other combinations have not been tested.
