# How to Requeue a Run using BaseSpace Sequence Hub Video

This video shows how to requeue FastQ Generation for a run that is uploaded to BaseSpace. The video also goes over formatting conventions that need to be followed while creating or editing v1 sample sheet. Lastly, it also shows how this edited/new v1 sample sheet can be used while requeuing FastQ Generation on BaseSpace.
