Pre run checks on the MiniSeq

During the MiniSeq pre-run checks, the instrument will evaluate the following:

• System Checks

  • Doors Closed

  • Consumables Loaded

  • Required Software

  • Instrument Disk Space

  • Network Connection

  • Network Disk Space

• Temperature

  • Temperature Ramp

  • Temperature Sensors

  • Fans

• Imaging System

  • Imaging Limits

  • Z step-and-settle

  • Bit Error Rate

  • Flow Cell Registration

• Reagent Delivery

  • Valve Response

  • Pump

Note: If a pre-run check fails, the reagent cartridge Integrated radio-frequency identification (RFID) is not locked and can be used for a subsequent run.
