# MiniSeq system components overview

The MiniSeq System includes a touch screen monitor, a status bar, a flow cell compartment, and a reagent compartment.\

A status icon in the top-right corner of the control software interface screen indicates a change in condition during the run setup or during the run.

* When a change in condition occurs, the icon blinks to alert users.
* Select the icon to view a description of the condition.
* Select Acknowledge to accept the message and Close to close the dialog box.
