# Troubleshooting keyring prompts on the NextSeq 1000/2000

The login keyring is a security feature in Linux used to limit access to credentials saved in the Chromium application. The NextSeq 1000/2000 must not be used as a personal computer and must not have personal or business credentials stored on the system within Chromium.

For this reason, users can safely ignore and cancel out of the prompt to continue.

See [NextSeq 1000/2000 Product Documentation](https://support.illumina.com/downloads/nextseq-1000-2000-product-documentation-200027171.html) section [System Configuration](https://support-docs.illumina.com/IN/NextSeq10002000/Content/IN/NextSeq2000_1000/SystemConfiguration.htm?Highlight=keyring) for more information.
