Is it possible to add or remove fields in DRAGEN Array Cloud Genotyping Final Report?

  • DRAGEN Array Cloud Genotyping generates a Final Report (gtc_final_report.csv) per analysis batch similar to the one available in GenomeStudio 2.0.

  • The DRAGEN Array Genotyping Final Report contains pre-determined column headers. See DRAGEN Array Output Files under section 'Final Report' for more details on the exact fields included.

  • It is not possible to add or remove fields included in DRAGEN Array Genotyping Final Report.
