# 所有Infinium 芯片的DMAP文件自生产之日起两年内可下载

每张Infinium 微珠芯片（BeadChip）都有一个独特的DMAP文件，该文件是在生产芯片时生成的，包括阵列上每个微珠（Bead）类型的位置和身份。在扫描芯片时，软件会结合每个微珠的位置与每个微珠上的信号，为每个样品产生信号强度数据（.idat）文件。DMAP文件对于使用Infinium芯片是不可或缺的。

大多数微珠芯片的有效期为自生产日期后的一年。对于这些芯片DMAP文件最晚在芯片过期后一年内可下载。而对于一些特定芯片有效期为自生产日期后的18个月。对于这些有效期为18个月的芯片，DMAP文件必须在过期后的6个月内下载。这些芯片包括：

* 自2022.7.1之后生产的所有24-sample Infinium HTS BeadChips&#x20;
* 自2023 Q4开始生产的 多款 8-Sample 和 12-Sample BeadChips&#x20;
  * BovineHD DNA Analysis BeadChip
  * Infinium All of Us Array-8 Kit
  * Infinium Global Diversity Array-8 v1.0 Kit
  * Infinium Global Diversity Array Cyto-8 v1.0 Kit
  * Infinium Global Diversity Array with Carrier Screening-8 v2.0 Kit
  * Infinium Global Diversity Array with Carrier Screening and Cytogenetics-8 v2.0 Kit
  * Infinium Global Diversity Array with Polygenic Risk Score Content v1.0
  * Infinium Mouse Methylation BeadChip Kit
  * Infinium MethylationEPIC v2.0 Kit
  * Infinium CytoSNP-850K v1.4 Kit

由于保质期可能因 Infinium BeadChip 的不同分别为 12 个月或 18 个月而有所差异，因此 DMAP文件在芯片过期后将分别保存 12 个月或 6 个月。

请在芯片包装标签上所印的到期日期之前下载 DMAP 文件以降低可能丢失 DMAP 文件的风险。如果在生产日期后两年内没有下载DMAP文件，超期后DMAP将不可再下载，进而无法对该芯片进行扫描分析。

Illumina保证在芯片生产日期后两年内保留并支持DMAP文件下载。在过去，DMAP文件在两年后可能仍然可以被下载，但不能保证一定能访问下载。而根据Illumina正在改变的服务器文件维护规则，在两年的保留期之后，这些文件将不可再下载。

**这个改变将于2021年8月2日开始生效**，包括**所有Infinium阵列版本**，包括商业、半定制、定制和联盟产品。
