# What is the process for renewing a BaseSpace Professional Workgroup account?

Prior to account subscription expiration, four automated reminder emails will be sent (at 90 days, 60 days, 30 days, and 14 days prior to expiration).

To renew a BaseSpace Professional account, select the renewal link in one of the automated emails, or [contact the Illumina Customer Care team](https://www.illumina.com/company/contact-us.html#/united-states/customer-care).
