**What is the minimum number of samples that can be prepared using this protocol?**\
One sample may be prepared using this protocol, though reagents have been tested up to **6 freeze-thaw cycles**. If needed. aliquot reagents to stay within the validated freeze-thaw cycle range. Aliquoting can reduce the total number of samples that can be prepared due to pipette wetting and dead volumes.

**What is the range of sample batch sizes that can be done by one person alone, keeping to the timing of the protocol?**\
Up to 96 samples can be processed simultaneously.
