What is the minimum number of samples that can be prepared using this protocol? One sample may be prepared using this protocol, though reagents have been tested for up to 6 freeze-thaw cycles. If needed, aliquot reagents to remain within the validated freeze-thaw cycle limit. Note that preparing multiple small batches and aliquoting may reduce the total number of samples that can be prepared due to pipetting losses and dead volume.

What is the range of sample batch sizes that can be processed by a single user while maintaining the recommended protocol timing? Up to 96 samples can be processed simultaneously.
