# Troubleshooting iSeq 100 pre run check “Insufficient disk space/Not enough space on D:\” error

A sequencing run on the iSeq 100 requires about 2 GB of hard drive space.

The “Insufficient disk space.../ Not enough space on D:\” error can occur when there is insufficient remaining space on the D:\ drive. The most direct resolution is manually deleting unnecessary data from the D:. For the instrument "Temp" folder, this is done via Process Management within the Control Software. For a local output folder saved on the instrument, this is done via manual curation directly through the File Explorer window.
