# Different coverage reports from the DRAGEN Enrichment analysis

DRAGEN Enrichment outputs a number of Coverage reports that contain useful QC Metrics. There are minor differences in terms of how coverage is calculated in these reports.

* **qc-coverage-1** and **qc-coverage-2** metrics files only differ in the padding used to calculate coverage; the latter uses **150 bp** padding while the former uses no padding (**0 bp**).
* **qc-coverage-1** and **qc-coverage-2** metrics files count all reads with MapQ >= 0 while the **target\_bed metrics** file only counts reads with **MapQ >= 1.**

Additional information about these reports is in the [DRAGEN user guide](https://support-docs.illumina.com/SW/DRAGEN_v40/Content/SW/DRAGEN/QCMetricsCoverageReports.htm).
