Different coverage reports from the DRAGEN Enrichment analysis

DRAGEN Enrichment outputs a number of Coverage reports that contain useful QC Metrics. There are minor differences in terms of how coverage is calculated in these reports.

• qc-coverage-1 and qc-coverage-2 metrics files only differ in the padding used to calculate coverage; the latter uses 150 bp padding while the former uses no padding (0 bp).

• qc-coverage-1 and qc-coverage-2 metrics files count all reads with MapQ >= 0 while the target_bed metrics file only counts reads with MapQ >= 1.
