# 了解唯一双标签（UDI）与相关建库试剂盒

 

使用唯一双标签策略有助于在Illumina测序平台上获得最高的文库测序和拆分准确性。 当准备进行多个不同文库合并测序时，Illumina鼓励客户尽可能使用唯一双标签（UDI），以确保最准确的样本拆分。

 

**关于唯一双标签，您需要了解的是**:

* 唯一双标签是一种测序策略，每一个i5和i7都是独特的，不重复的标签序列。

* 唯一双标签或非重复标签是在文库构建流程中标签加入步骤被引入的，文库构建流程无需进行任何更改。
* 组合双标签，位于同一块96孔板上每个i5和i7标签在行和列之间有重复，不同样本会共享其中一端的标签。 尽管双标签组合是唯一的，但是每个单标签会有重复。
* 与组合双标签相比，唯一双标签具有完全独特的标签序列（例如，每个96孔板含有96个独特的i5和96个独特的i7）。
