# Enabling run storage and analysis in BaseSpace for MiSeq runs

To send run data to BaseSpace Sequence Hub, navigate to the MiSeq Control Software (MCS) and select 'Sequence'. The following screen prompts for selection of BaseSpace run monitoring and/or storage. BaseSpace account credentials must be entered to send run to BaseSpace.

**Note**: The MiSeq must have a working internet connection in order to send data to BaseSpace.
