Illumina cannot guarantee performance when using expired consumables, and runs performed with expired reagents may not meet specifications.

When a run is set up with expired consumables, a notification displays indicating expired consumables are detected. The warning may be acknowledged, and control software continues run setup with expired sequencing consumables.
