**Post-amplification clean-up best practices**

* Verify use of correct bead type
* Use [bead handling best practices](https://knowledge.illumina.com/library-preparation/general/library-preparation-general-reference_material-list/000002136)
* Bring beads to room temperature for at least 30 minutes before use
* Fully resuspend beads prior to use
* Prepare fresh 80% ethanol daily
* Do not freeze clean up beads, store at 4Â°C
