# Can Sequencing Analysis Viewer be used with the MiniSeq System to view sequencing metrics?

Yes, Sequencing Analysis Viewer (SAV) software can be installed on a MiniSeq system or a Windows computer to view sequencing metrics (also called primary analysis results). The following run files are required to view the run using SAV, and can be found in the file path D:\Illumina\MiniSeq Sequencing Temp\[run folder]\* InterOp folder

* RunParameters.xml
