Can Sequencing Analysis Viewer be used with the MiniSeq System to view sequencing metrics?

Yes, Sequencing Analysis Viewer (SAV) software can be installed on a MiniSeq system or a Windows computer to view sequencing metrics. The following run files are required to view the run using SAV, and can be found in the file path D:\Illumina\MiniSeq Sequencing Temp<run folder>* InterOp folder

• RunInfo.xml

• RunParameters.xml

MiniSeq run metrics are available as soon as Real Time Analysis (RTA) processes primary analysis and generates files in the InterOp folder.
