"ERROR - The owner (ID: []) of workgroup [name] (ID: []) does not have access to the workgroup, and some BaseSpace functionality will not work as expected. Check if the owner is a member of the workgroup and has the 'HasAccess' role".
This error will appear if the Workgroup owner does not have the correct access level for BaseSpace.
In order to solve the error, follow the steps below.
Note: These steps must be followed by the Workgroup owner or admin.
In the menu in the top right, select Admin Console.
Select the corresponding Workgroup in the Admin Console and select Users.
The Workgroup owner should be listed under Users. If the Workgroup owner is not listed as a User, follow the steps to add the owner as a user of the Workgroup with the 'HasAccess' role from the guide: .
If the Workgroup owner is already listed under Users, make sure that they have the HasAccess role. The HasAccess+Archive role will not work. To change the access role, select the user then select Change Access.
