# 如何使用MiSeq Reporter重新分析一个run？

**如何编辑Sample Sheet文件**
1. 打开D盘MiSeq Analysis中对应run的文件夹。比如：D:\Illumina\MiSeq Analysis\141007\_M001\_0016\_000000000-AB8A8
2. 使用文本编辑器（比如Notepad）编辑SampleSheet.csv文件。如果您使用电子表格编辑器（如excel），请保证保存该文件始终为逗号分隔的文本（.csv）。另外请不要改变Sample Sheet的格式。
3. 如果要生成一个新的sample sheet，建议通过重命名的方式对原始文件进行备份，比如把SampleSheet.csv命名为SampleSheet\_original.csv。请把新的sample sheet文件命名为SampleSheet.csv放在MiSeq Analysis文件夹。
**使用MiSeq Reporter 网页界面的方式对一个run重新分析**
1. 打开Internet Explorer浏览器，在地址栏输入[http://localhost:8042](http://localhost:8042/)后打开MiSeq Reporter网页界面
2. 在MiSeq Reporter 网页界面中选择左上角的“Analyses” 选项
3. 在“Analyses”可用于重分析的run列表中找对应的run，单击run旁边的复选框，然后选择Requeue。
在分析的过程中，分析信息选项卡上会显示一个耗时的状态栏。在分析的过程中如果需要提前停止分析，请点击分析选项卡状态栏旁边的Stop图标。
**不通过MiSeq Reporter的重新分析方法**
1. 如果用户在设置run的时候选择把数据传输到BaseSpace Sequence Hub上，而没有设置为在本地进行分析，那么在MiSeq Reporter网页界面的“Analyses” 选项中是看不到这个run的。在这种情况下，只能在run的文件夹内重新分析这个run。一旦重新分析后，这个run就会出现在MiSeq Reporter网页界面上。接下来，将会演示如何在run文件夹内重新分析。
2. 打开D盘的MiSeq Analysis文件夹。比如D:\Illumina\MiSeq Analysis\141007\_M001\_0016\_000000000-AB8A8
3. 删除这个run文件夹中的queuedforanalysis.txt文件 (或者QueuedForAnalysis.txt文件)。从run文件夹中删除此文件就会触发MiSeq Reporter自动进行分析。该文件将会以QueuedForAnalysis.txt为文件名称在当前日期和时间内重新在该run 的文件夹中出现，表示MiSeq Reporter已经开始运行分析了。
如果您想查看分析的进展状态，请首先打开Internet Explorer网页浏览器并在地址栏输入[http://localhost:8042](http://localhost:8042/)后回车。然后在打开的MiSeq Reporter网页界面的左上角点击 “Analyses” 选项。最后，在列表的最下方就可以看到刚刚重新分析的run，点击这个run进去后就可以看到分析的状态栏。
