Troubleshooting mid run Camera Disabled error on the NextSeq 500/550

On NextSeq 500/550 control software (NCS) version v2.2 and earlier, camera(s) may intermittently disable mid-run.

The suspected cause is related to the FPGA (field programmable array) firmware version, which has been corrected in NCS v4.0.

Contact Illumina Technical Support for assistance and provide the following run/log files.

1. InterOp folder

2. RunParameters.xml

3. RunInfo.xml

4. Logs
