Troubleshooting Blue Screen errors related to the CrowdStrike update

There has been a CrowdStrike software update that is impacting Microsoft systems globally, including some Illumina Windows-based instruments. Microsoft and CrowdStrike are aware and are currently working on a fix.

CrowdStrike software is not installed on Illumina instruments by Illumina; local IT teams may have installed it in accordance with their company's policy.
