The table below lists the NextSeq 1000/2000 Run output folder size in gigabytes (GB) by read length and flow cell type.

\*The folder size depends on the analysis (local vs. cloud) and the analysis configuration. The values listed above omit local analysis from the folder size, which consumes the most disk space. Local analysis files can consume 25-100 GB of additional data in the output folder location.
