Instructions to view iScan Control Software (ICS) version are also found in iScan System Requirements > View iScan System Information.
Open the iScan Control Software and select the menu in the upper left corner of the screen.
Select About.
The ICS About screen appears, showing the ICS release version, hardware information, and contact information for Illumina Technical Support.
Note: If the iScan is operating in AutoLoader mode, the user must exit and restart the software in manual mode in order to be able to see the ICS software version. Once in manual mode, select the About option to display the ICS version. For additional details, refer to page 12 of the Autoloader2x User Guide.
