What is the correct order of addition of Infinium Amplification reagents?
The purpose of MA1 is to prevent evaporation of NaOH and DNA in the plate.
MA1 must always be added first
Order of addition for legacy Infinium protocols (HD, HTS, LCG): MA1 > DNA > NaOH
Order of addition for newer Infinium protocols (XT, EX): MA1 > NaOH > DNA
These conditions have been validated by Illumina. Assay performance is not guaranteed if there are deviations from the protocol.
