The following are the minimum and maximum numbers of TruSight Oncology 500 High-Throughput (TSO500HT) samples that can be multiplexed for sequencing.
NovaSeq 6000
NextSeq 500/550
The pooling recommendations are also given on the TruSight Oncology 500 High Throughput Compatible Products page.
The same plexities are recommended for DNA-only sequencing as well; other combinations have not been tested.
