The Sequencing Method Explorer tool, based on the latest scientific literature on cutting-edge NGS research, is designed to help researchers select the most suitable next-generation sequencing (NGS) method for their experiments. With this interactive tool, quickly and easily discover how leading researchers are finding answers to similar questions using innovative library prep techniques.
Use the Sequencing Method Explorer to:
Dive into the world’s largest collection of NGS sequencing methods
Explore over 200 different ways to prepare your samples for sequencing
Evaluate the pros and cons of each sequencing method
Review publication summaries and relevant references
To find the method and compatible kits that suit your project:
Navigate to the Sequencing Method Explorer and select the area of interest.
Choose from the selection of available analysis methods.
Select any method to display the schematic representation, a short description of the technique, pros and cons, and references.
The following options are available on the experimental research method page:
Associated Illumina library preparation kits for the technique of interest with hyperlinks to product information
Most recent references for the technique with hyperlinks to PubMed abstracts.
