Urinary Pathogen ID/AMR Panel reference protocol lists recommendations for sequencing read length and starting loading concentration. Depending on the consumable kit used, Illumina recommends targeting 1 million reads per sample and a read length of 1x100 or 1x150 cycles. Labs can further adjust the sequencing configuration and coverage if desired.
