The following table shows the plate layout for Nextera DNA CD Indexes (96 indexes, 96 samples), which are designed for dual indexing. The catalog number for this index kit is 20018708.
The Index Adapters Pooling Guide, linked here, contains this table along with recommended index combinations for low-plexity library pooling.
Note: Indexes in the Nextera DNA CD (24 Indexes, 24 Samples) kit (catalog number 20018707) are provided in tubes and therefore do not have a plate format.
